Shipping policy

LINDASIETO offers free shipping in Hungary, and free worldwide shipping for orders above 100 EUR.

From 12 August 2026: Shipping to EU member countries (except Hungary)  temporarily paused due to  the new PPWR compliance requirements. ( If you’re in the EU and there’s a piece you’ve fallen in love with, please email info@lindasieto.com. Depending on your country we may be able to find a way to proceed with the required steps and make shipping possible.) 

Please note that local charges (customs, duty and local taxes) may occur outside of the EU, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.

 

Transport Damage

If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.

 

Unclaimed Packages

For packages that are not claimed within 3 delivery attempts, LINDASIETO/SHOP reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
